A post for Europeans, or anyone who likes the idea of flying to Europe to play in some of the coolest live tournaments around in 2013. I have covered the prestigious World Series Of Poker Europe, the fun Grand Series of Poker and the Luxurious Knights Of Prague event here. Continue reading
This post is for players looking to take their poker skills to the next level by using a ‘Heads-up Display’ tool, or ‘HUD’. There are now two opportunities to get yourself a poker HUD for free. One is for US players (at Carbon) and the other for players worldwide at the OnGame Network’s super-cool Red Kings Poker. While the Carbon software is unique, Red Kings are actually giving you the option to get hold of Holdem Manager 2 Pro Edition as part of your sign-up bonus. Continue reading
Cool Update: More good news, you can not get Holdem Manager (pro edition) as part of your welcome bonus – see below for more.
The OnGame network was one of the pioneers in focusing on recreational and amateur players, introducing their innovative ‘essence’ rewards system a few years ago. OnGame is one of those networks who always come up with a long list of promos and specials each month… and May 2013 is no exception. I will center this article on my favorite OnGame site – Red Kings Poker – who have a cool extra bonus for new players the first time you get dealt the king of hearts and diamonds (the red kings!) together! This time Betfair – the giant betting exchange – have started offering iPoker tables to their players. At the moment there is a dual OnGame / iPoker offering – which will end in 6 months when the move is completed. Continue reading

OnGame are a long established network open to players outside of the US. With the 6th biggest player pool online creating a great selection of games and tournaments this remains a premier destination for poker fans worldwide. What I like about this site is that many of the members are sports-betting and / or casino sites… this leads to cross-over traffic, keeping the games far more profitable than those at ‘poker specialist’ sites. I must admit to a confused moment about OnGame this month. I said to my colleague Greg here in the Planet HQ that the Fishmarket was back on November 29th… Only when he looked it up there was no sign of it, either on the websites or software. I genuinely began to believe I might have dreamt it, haha.
Luckily for my sanity (and hopefully my bankroll), the FishMarket is back, and is scheduled on the 29th of this month, phew, I did not dream it after all. Continue reading
